All of our books are 32 pages long, and we’ve found through lots of testing and real-world feedback that this is the perfect length for children of almost any age.

It’s long enough to feel like a proper adventure with plenty of beautiful illustrations, but short enough to keep even very young readers fully engaged. Parents tell us it hits the sweet spot: not too long for bedtime, not too short to feel meaningful, and just the right length for the child to stay immersed in their own story from beginning to end.

Our books are perfect for children aged 2–12, though we’ve had delighted readers (and proud parents) outside that range too. It makes a magical bedtime story for younger kids, and a treasured keepsake for older ones.

Absolutely yes. You can include as many characters as you like. When you go through our questionnaire, you’ll see a question about companions – that’s where you can give us all the details about any extra people (or pets!) you’d like to include. Just tell us who they are and anything special we should know about them.

We’ve created loads of wonderful books featuring grandparents, parents, siblings, best friends, and beloved pets. As long as you give us the information in the companions section, we’ll weave everyone naturally and magically into the adventure.

Each Magic of Me book adjusts slightly depending on the age you choose, so the story feels just right for your child.

Here’s how we think about it:

For younger children (around 0 to 4):

No matter the age, everything stays friendly, uplifting, and very easy to follow. The illustrations remain bright and magical, and the story always celebrates your child’s unique qualities. The aim is simple: the book should feel like it was made exactly for them, at their stage of growing up.
